About

THE BILL STRATEGY was built by experienced operators to solve practical execution and systems problems inside growing companies.

Who we are

We’re senior operators with decades of experience running, fixing, and scaling teams and systems.

Over the last few years, we’ve worked embedded inside startups, taking responsibility for execution across operations, technology, and delivery.

Why we built THE BILL STRATEGY

We saw the same pattern repeatedly: strong teams slowed down by fragile systems and unclear ownership.

THE BILL STRATEGY exists to bring clarity, momentum, and execution—without consulting theatre or unnecessary complexity.

Experience

Our backgrounds include senior roles across fast-moving environments, including:

  • SaaS and platform businesses
  • Web3 and crypto-native companies
  • iGaming and regulated environments

Meet the team

Christian

Delivery Director
LinkedIn

Senior technical leader with 25+ years’ experience owning delivery, systems, and execution in complex and heavily regulated environments.

Christian works with organisations where technology has become a constraint, stabilising platforms, simplifying operating environments, and ensuring delivery holds under pressure. His work is hands-on and pragmatic, focused on building systems that are reliable and fit for how the business actually runs.

At THE BILL STRATEGY, Christian works embedded across technical execution, automation, and delivery, including leading technology through growth, restructuring, and ownership transition.

Ebba

Fractional COO
LinkedIn

Senior operations leader experienced in stepping into fast-moving organisations to run execution.

Ebba takes responsibility when growth, transition, or complexity starts to slow teams down. Her work is outcome-led and hands-on: stabilising delivery, removing friction and cost, and building systems that allow companies to operate with clarity.

At THE BILL STRATEGY, Ebba works embedded across operations, delivery, and practical automation, including restructuring, CRM and workflow implementation, and operational handover during complex transitions.
